Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings is necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Restaurant and Monetary vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, stay vouchers are valid for 6 months.
